She has an actress for a mum and a singer for a dad so it may seem inevitable that little Sunday Rose Urban wants to appear on The Voice Kids Australia. But while dad Keith Urban is open to letting the 6-year-old try out — Mum Nicole Kidman has her reservations. Speaking to Extra‘s Renee Bargh, the 47-year-old said: 

“We’re divided! I’d be devastated if they didn’t get through. Our daughter always wanted to go on The Voice Kids.

“Sunday Rose is like, ‘I wanna go on The Voice Kids.’ and I was like ‘but baby what if the chair didn’t turn around?’ She said “I’d be fine.” But she wouldn’t so…You want to protect them but have them follow their dreams.

As well as Sunday, Nicole is mum to son Connor Anthony, 20, and daughters Isabella Jane, 23, and Faith Margaret, 4.
