Singer/TV presenter Stacey Solomon, boyfriend Joe Swash and children Zachary, 12, Leighton, 7, and Rex, 5 months posed for a photo before they headed out for for an autumn walk on Sunday, October 27th. The family which also includes Joe’s 12 year-old son Harry, are also heading off for a week long holiday tonight.
