Jeremy McConnell and Katie McCreath are set to welcome their baby girl in December and on Wednesday, October 30th mum-to-be Katie took to Instagram to share a photo of the baby shower invites she’s sent out for the event that’s to take place this coming Saturday, November 2nd. She wrote:

Can’t believe where the time has gone! Excited for Saturday…. @fiona.matthew.52 has been working so hard as epic party planner! Be lovely to see everyone as feel like I’ve been under a rock for the last 5 months getting round 😂😂💕💕💕
