With only 2 weeks to go until the due date of her second child – model Abbey Clancy looked pretty much ready for her impending arrival with husband Peter Crouch when she was spotted out and about in London on Monday, April 27th.

Abbey and Peter are also parents to daughter Sophia Ruby, 4.
