With their baby daughter’s due date fast approaching, Irish model Jeremy McConnell and girlfriend Katie McCreath have revealed they’ve finally finished getting the nursery ready for her arrival. Decked out with a beautiful white cot, a matching white ornate chest of drawers and wardrobe set, and soft satin pillows, Jeremy couldn’t wait to share the finished result.
