The Bill actress Claire Goose and husband Craig Woodrow have welcomed their first child. Daughter Amelia Grace Woodrow was born in a birthing pool at home last week and weighed 7lbs, 8oz. Speaking of her joy, new mum Claire said:
“Within a couple of hours, all three of us were tucked up in bed with a cup of tea and toast and spent every minute staring at our baby daughter. I don’t think it really sunk in she was ours.”

Lord Charlie Brocket and wife Harriet have welcomed their first child together. Daughter Amelia Florence Elizabeth Brocket was born sometime over the last couple of weeks and weighed 8lbs, 5oz.
Speaking of his little girl, Lord Brocket said:
“[Amelia] has big feet and long legs, so she’s clearly going to be very tall.”
Baby Amelia is Lord Brocket’s fourth child. He is already dad to children Alex, Antalya and William with ex-wife Isabell.

Olympic swimmer Amanda Beard and husband Sacha Brown have welcomed their first child. Son Blaise Ray Brown was born in Los Angeles on Tuesday, September 15th. He weighed 7lbs, 120z.
Speaking of her joy, new mum Amanda said:
“I was in labor for about 16 hours and it was all worth it. He is happy and healthy and everything went as planned. It was the most amazing experience that Sacha and I have ever experienced. We are so happy to be new parents! This is gonna be the best adventure ever.”

Australian swimming champion Grant Hackett and wife Candice Alley have welcomed their first and second children. Twin brother and sister Jagger Emilio and Charlize Alley were born on Friday, September 11th.
Grant was also back in work, presenting sport on Saturday night, after his parents arrived to give a helping hand for a few weeks.

Actress Katherine Heigl and husband Josh Kelley are set to adopt a baby girl from Korea.
Little Nayleigh is just 10-months-old and will be the couple’s first child.
Katherine told chat show queen Ellen Degeneres they named the new addition to the family after mum Nancy and sister Leigh.
“She was actually born the day before me in November which I thought was really serendipitous and just kind of like a sign.I realised just recently that I basically forfeited my birthday for the rest of my life.
She is a special needs baby and because of that it all moved so much faster. They wanted to get her to us as quickly as possible.”
The 27 Dresses star also revealed her sister Meg was adopted from Korea.
“My sister is Korean and my parents adopted her back in the 70s and so I just always knew that this is something I wanted to do.”

All My Children‘s Aiden Turner and wife Megan have welcomed their first child. Daughter Ciella Larryn was born at 12:20am on Friday, August 21st and weighed 9lbs, 13oz.
New dad Aiden also revealed the very special significance of his baby daughter’s middle name Larryn.
“Her middle name comes from Megan’s father, Larry Marshall, who died just two weeks ago after a year fighting cancer. We are very happy she arrived so healthy and so beautiful. We wish her Grandpa Larry was here to hold her.”
