Kristin Davis’ Daughter Gemma is Already Eco Friendly

Kristin Davis is a polka dot princess at the Costume Designers Guild Awards Gala in LAShe may be only 4 years old but Kristin Davis‘ daughter Gemma Rose already thinks of the environment while going about her day — especially when it comes to saving water due to California’s long-running shortage. Speaking to at the Environmental Media Awards recently, the actress explained:

“My daughter is very involved with the drought. She’s like, “Mommy, you’re wasting water!” I’m like, “Good job!” Her school is actively teaching her about it. It’s pretty impressive!”

Being environmentally friendly is something the 50-year-old hopes to continue to instil into her daughter.

“You know what, you kind of have to. I mean, there are so many things unfolding around us every day that I think you really need to be in touch with that. You want your children to be in touch with that as well. It’s their world. We’re just living in it. If we’re going to give it to them, we need to take care of it a little bit better for them.”

Heidi Klum Reveals She Received A Visit From Some Very Unwanted Friends

HKAs any parent will know, when you have children there will come a point in time that you’ll cross paths with the dreaded head lice – almost certainly whilst your child is in school. Speaking on the Ellen DeGeneres show on Wednesday, October 28th, supermodel Heidi Klum revealed that she was on the receiving end of such when she caught them off one of her daughters.

I’m actually lice-free now, as of a few days ago. My daughter was itching and then she had to go to the nurse and then they looked and sure enough they found a little egg, and I mean they’re beyond small.

But thanks to a visit from the “lice fairies,” their household is now clear of the unwanted pests. She joked:

“There are these fairies that come to the house and brush you for hours and get all of these lice out of your hair.  They’re fairies. You do get a certificate from the lice fairies when you go to the school because the school wants to know.”

Heidi shares children Leni, 11, Henry Gunther, 10, Johan Riley, 8, and Lou Sulola, 6, with ex-husband Seal.

Coronation Street actress Samia Ghadie and fiancé Sylvain Longchambon enjoyed a walk in the Autumn sunshine in Cheshire with their 17-day old baby boy Yves Joseph and their Maltese dog Sonny on Friday, October 9th. Yves was born by Caesarean section on Thursday, September 24th and weighed 8lbs 9oz. Samia is also mum to daughter Freya, who turns 6 next week.
