It was an emotional day today — Saturday, October 19th 2019 — for Irish rugby’s Rory Best. Not only did Ireland lose to New Zealand in the quarter finals of the Rugby World Cup but it was the Captain’s very last game in the green jersey before he commences his retirement. At the end of their match defeat the 37 year-old took to the field to show his appreciation for the game and the fans alongside his three children — sons Richie and Ben and daughter Penny.

Still basking in pure joy, former The Only Way Is Essex star Chloe Lewis looked every inch the proud, doting mum as she stopped for a bit of lunch during a shopping trip on Friday, October 18th. The new mum welcomed her adorable baby boy — who was kitted out in a baby gro complete with bunny ears — with boyfriend Danny Flasher earlier this week. The pair have yet to release the tot’s name. Speaking about her afternoon she said:
“My little bundle of joy… I still can’t believe your mine 💙 (shopping trip & lunch today with daddy)”

While he is thankful to have a career in music, One Direction‘s Liam Payne says it’s a tale of a doubled edged sword because he can often go weeks without seeing his 2 year old son Bear. who he shares with ex-girlfriend Cheryl Cole. Speaking on BBC’s One Show on Friday, October 18th, he said:
“Loads of random things happen with kids all the time. Like if he’s not very well, sometimes you miss dates and things. Then a couple of weeks go by, and I haven’t seen him in ages.”
The star, 26, is currently on a promotional tour and admits that he’s going to have to try and work out a schedule that’ll work around him being able to see his son.
‘It is difficult being on the road, going out and promo-ing. It has been hard to get home and see him. It hurts, it’s horrible, I do want to go out on tour, I’m just going to have to figure out the schedule properly.”

Actor Alec Baldwin and wife Hilaria were spotted taking one of their dogs to a groomers in Manhattan, New York, with two of their four children — daughter Carmen Gabriela, 6 and son Romeo Alejandro David, 17 months. The pair expect their fifth child — a girl — sometime next year. They are also parents to sons Rafael Thomas, 4, and Leonardo Angel Charles, 3. Alec is also dad to daughter Ireland Eliesse, 23, with ex-wife Kim Basinger.

Model and social media influencer Rachel McCord and husband Rick Schirmer are expecting their first child together. Baby on the way is due in May 2020 and whilst the pair are “completely over the moon,” and feel like they’ve “hit the jackpot,“ they are also treading carefully over the next few months as Rachel’s congenital heart condition means that the pregnancy is considered to be high risk.
However, they have already defied the odds after being told it would be unlikely that they’d become parents when an ovarian cyst was discovered on one of the 30-year-old’s ovaries after she went for a pre natal check back in January in order to start trying for a baby. Says Rachel:
“I went in all excited and left sobbing. My doctor said ‘No, you cannot start trying to get pregnant right now,” because I had an ovarian cyst that was bigger than my ovary. And the problem with an ovarian cyst over 6 centimeteres, which mine was, is that you have a concern of torsion. It’s a really serious condition.
“My doctor told me: ‘we need to rush you in to surgery.‘ that’s not what you want to hear.
‘I suddenly felt my whole future flash before my eyes. Here I am feeling like my life is lacking significance because I don’t have a child and now I don’t know if I can have kids… that’s a really scary thing to feel.”

Former glamour model and Big Brother Celebrity contestant Casey Batchelor attended The Baby Show in London’s Olympia on Friday, October 18th 2019. The event, which showcases everything from pushchairs to weaning products and everything in between, will take place over 3 days. Whilst there, the 34-year-old Yoga Blitz founder also took part in the body after baby panel where she shared her tips on prenatal and postnatal fitness. She and fiancé Dane Goodson expect their second daughter around January 2020. They are already parents to daughter Florence, 17 months.

Irish model Jeremy McConnell has hit back at trolls who claim he has negated his responsibilities towards son Caben-Albi George, 2, since learning he is to become a father for the second time.
“A lot of people say I don’t care about my child because I’m moving on but what options was I left with? I’m damned if I do and damned if I don’t.
“People say to me “Why are you acting like you have just one child?” But there’s a time and a place. Any one that has half a brain cell needs to understand the reason I am not part of Caben’s life is because not every situation can be fixed.”
The 35-year old who is expecting a baby girl with girlfriend Katie McCreath, says he’s agreed to step back from Caben’s life to ‘protect him,’ and right now his main focus is on his unborn daughter.
“I protect my son as much as I can. It’s not neglecting, it’s protecting. I’m a very loving father. This is better for Caben.
‘My priority is my baby girl because it’s in my control – I have rights over that. My main focus is my girl.”
The once reality TV star spent who’s relationship with Caben’s mum, actress Stephanie Davis, was volatile and wildly covered in the press, readily admits that he can’t fault her at all in the way she is raising their son.
‘I can’t speak about it much for legal reasons, but Steph is doing a great job. She’s doing really well and I know she’s a good mum.”

Teen Mom OG‘s Cory Wharton and girlfriend Taylor Selfridge are expecting their first child together in April 2020. Choosing USA weekly to break their happy news as well as his personal Instagram, Cory — who is also dad to daughter Ryder K, 2 with Cheyenne Floyd –revealed that baby on the way wasn’t planned but sometimes God has other plans:
“I wanted you guys to know that we weren’t trying for a baby right now but sometimes God puts some things in to your life that you don’t really understand at the time but it always turns out to be a bigger blessing.
“I’m really excited to share this journey with you guys. All that I ask from you guys is respect for Taylor, respect for me and most importantly respect for the baby.
“All that I want is a healthy baby that is brought in to a very positive environment and surrounded by good energy and love. The same way I am raising Ryder.

Irish author Cecelia Ahern and husband David Keoghan have welcomed their third child. Daughter Blossom was born on Thursday, October 10th. Revealing her happy news last week the 38-year-old said:
“Last night we welcomed our third child, our baby girl Blossom into the world.”
She joins the couple’s other two children, daughter Robin, 9, and Sonny, 7.

While most parents are still toying with ideas on what to dress their children up for Halloween, actress Eva Mendes says she already has that base covered because daughters Esmeralda 5, and Amada, 3, always choose to dress up as The Wizard Of Oz‘s Dorothy every year. Speaking on The Kelly Clarkson show to host Kelly Clarkson, she said:
‘They’re constantly dressing up, and our kids are obsessed with The Wizard of Oz and Dorothy, so they’ve been Dorothy every year.”
The two little girls — whom she shares with fellow actor Ryan Gosling — even refuse to allow their mum to add a bit of blood and gore to their costumes for the spooky holiday.
“Maybe we can do a bloody Dorothy? Like can I just put some blood on you or something? Because, really, Dorothy again?”
Obsessed with the 1939 film they might be, but that doesn’t mean they’re the same when it comes to what to wear on any other occasions.
“They’ll be like: “Can I wear socks on my hands today?” And I’m like, “Yes, of course you can wear socks on your hands today.” So we make that happen.”

Former Cricketer and current Top Gear co-host Freddie Flintoff and wife Rachael Wools are expecting their fourth child together. Baby on the way is due early next year and friends of the couple say they are “over the moon” to be expecting again.
The new arrival will join daughter Holly, 15, and sons Corey, 14, and Rocky, 11.

Most mums to be tend to slow down when it comes towards the end of their pregnancy, however actress Brooke Vincent — who is due any day now — has managed to squeeze in a house move before her first child with boyfriend Kean Bryan arrives. “Thankful,” to be able to receive home midwife care, the 27 year old revealed:

Having my appointments at home has been such a massive help in my pregnancy especially working the unpredictable hours I did and then moving house so close to my due date. Best friends and former The Only Way is Essex castmates Lydia Bright and Lucy Mecklenburgh have taken a babymoon together in Corfu Greece. The excited duo — who are only due five days apart — look as close as ever as they go through the stages of pregnancy together.
Blonde Lydia is expecting a baby girl with ex boyfriend Lee Cronin. While Lucy, 28, is awaiting the arrival of a baby boy with former Coronation Street actor Ryan Thomas.
