As the only male in a household of four females, Matt Damon‘s life is filled with love and fairy princesses — and he loves it!
“I call it the ‘testosterone deficit.’ But I’m happy with that. I love my girls and it’s lot of pink, a lot of princesses and a lot of fun.”
With his bachelor days behind him, Matt and his wife, Luciana, are in domestic bliss, celebrating special milestones in the lives of their daughters: Alexia, 11, Isabella, 3, and Gia Zavala, 1.
“Gia is just ready to start talking and making sounds. It’s been really exciting and we are anxious to hear what she says. She’s been walking since 9 months, which is pretty incredible.”
Gia’s big sister Isabella is getting ready to attend pre-school – possibly leaving the star in tears.
“I think I will get emotional when we take her. Her mom and I will probably be a big mess. She’s ready but I don’t know if I will be.”
As for his oldest, Alexia, she has thoroughly been entertained by the Oscar winner’s transformation of gaining 30 lbs. in order to play his new role in the black comedy The Informant!
“She had fun with it by squeezing all the soft squishy parts and called me ‘Fatty Matty!‘

Footballer Joe Cole and wife Carly Zucker are expecting their first child together. Friends believe their little bundle was concieved while the couple were on their Carribbean holiday before they wed.
An estatic Joe said:
“We are really happy and looking forward to the birth of our first child.”

Settling into their new house in Louisville, Kentucky, Larry Birkhead and his daughter Dannielynn Hope, who turned 3 on Sept. 7, are living proof that love can triumph over tragedy. After her mother, Anna Nicole Smith, died of drug-related complications, the tot was the centre of a custody battle which continues today. Country singer Brad Paisley and his actress wife Kimberly are the cover stars of the recent issue of PEOPLE magazine along with sons William Huckleberry, 2, and Jasper Warren, 4 1/2 months.
Speaking of making the transition of one child to two children Kimberly says:
“Two feels like more than two. It feels like five sometimes! But we’re so fortunate that Jasper is happy most of the time.”
And unlike many celebrity parents, the Paisley’s rely on family and friends instead of a nanny when they have work commitments or a little ‘me’ time.
Says Brad: “
“We have a couple of trusted friends and babysitters and two sets of grandparents. We don’t have anybody on payroll. That was a big deal for me. I’m lucky that my parents are in such good shape, and they are only 60.
“The other night, I called my mom and said, ‘We’re thinking about going to see a movie. What are you guys doing later?’ And they said, ‘We were just going to get something to eat, and we’ll come by when we’re done.’ They came and put Huck down and fed Jasper, and then we went to that movie. It’s nice to do that and then come home and know that they are with their grandparents and they are having a better time than when we’re here…and learning more probably!”

Actor Matthew McConaughey, who is expecting his second child with girlfriend Camila Alves, says he already has his hands full with his very active 14-month-old son, Levi.
“He’s motoring around like [Olympic sprinter] Usain Bolt and eatin like [competitive eater Takeru] Kobayashi, Camila and I can barely keep up. We call him the fruit bandit ’cause if there’s fruit out, he’s on it, takin it and eatin it. He’s gettin bigger, more fun, smarter and craftier by the day.”
To make sure Levi – or his soon-to-be sibling – doesn’t get into any trouble, the couple are taking extra precautions.
“We had to super child proof the new house.”
They aren’t sure if Levi will be having a little brother or sister “but we have our instincts,” he says, adding that Levi is “doing terrific” while waiting for the family’s new arrival.
