Actors James McAvoy and wife Anne-Marie Duff are expecting their first child together. No due date has been announced but a spokesperson for the couple confirmed:
We are happy to confirm that James McAvoy and Anne-Marie Duff are expecting their first child.
The pair met when they both starred in UK comedy Shameless in 2003 and married in October 2006.

X Factor judge Danni Minogue and boyfriend Kris Smith are expecting their first child together. The ecstatic mum-to-be posted the news on her Twitter account saying:
Woo hoo, I’m gonna be a Mummy!
With Kris responding to the post with:
Woo hoo, I’m going to be a daddy!
And in case many doubted the news on the page and thought it could be a hoax just like Kerry Katona‘s news, a spokesperson for the pair confirmed:
Danni and Kris are very excited and can’t wait to start their family in 2010.
The baby is due in July.

Film director Sam Taylor-Wood and her actor fiance Aaron Johnson are expecting their first child together. A spokesperson for the couple said:
We can confirm that Sam is pregnant with her and Aaron’s first child. Both are very, very happy.
Sam is already mum to daughters Angelica, 12, and Jesse, 3, with ex-husband Jay Jopling.

Kourtney Kardashian, who’s expecting her first child with boyfriend Scott Disick around Christmas, has found out that they will be welcoming a little boy. A source said:
“Kourt and Scott are psyched about having a baby, but having a boy is really exciting for them. She can’t wait to buy all sort of boy’s clothing. And [her brother] Robert is also eager to have a little nephew.”
The news will make things a lot easier for friends of the couple when they attend Kourtney’s baby shower on November 14th.

Nascar driver Elliott Sadler and wife Amanda are expecting their first child. The baby is due in early March 2010 and Elliott says he “couldn’t be any happier,” He continued:
“Amanda and I want to have a big family with three or four kids, so we figured it was time to get started. We’ve known for a little while now, but thought it’d be special to share the news with friends and family this week as we head to Richmond.
This is very special for us and something we both knew we wanted to happen soon. We are expecting the baby sometime in March and have a special plan for sharing the sex of our baby with our families.
We are going to have the doctor put the sex of the baby in a envelope and not tell anyone, then take everyone out to dinner and open the envelope as a group so we all share the experience together.”

Jemma Kidd and husband Arthur Wellington are expecting twins. The babies are due sometime in the New Year. A friend of the couple said,
“Jemma is absolutely over the moon. She and Arthur have been trying for a baby for quite a long time and Jemma was getting quite panicky that it wasn’t going to happen.
“When she found out she was pregnant, she was ecstatic and the news that they were expecting twins was the icing on the cake.
“She has already started baby shopping even though they haven’t found out the sexes of the babies.She has a lovely bump, which she’s very proud of and can’t stop patting.”
While a spokesperson for the couple confirmed the happy news, saying:
“I’m delighted to confirm that Jemma is pregnant with twins.”

Footballer Joe Cole and wife Carly Zucker are expecting their first child together. Friends believe their little bundle was concieved while the couple were on their Carribbean holiday before they wed.
An estatic Joe said:

Actress Katherine Heigl and husband Josh Kelley are set to adopt a baby girl from Korea.
Little Nayleigh is just 10-months-old and will be the couple’s first child.
Katherine told chat show queen Ellen Degeneres they named the new addition to the family after mum Nancy and sister Leigh.
“She was actually born the day before me in November which I thought was really serendipitous and just kind of like a sign.I realised just recently that I basically forfeited my birthday for the rest of my life.
She is a special needs baby and because of that it all moved so much faster. They wanted to get her to us as quickly as possible.”
The 27 Dresses star also revealed her sister Meg was adopted from Korea.
“My sister is Korean and my parents adopted her back in the 70s and so I just always knew that this is something I wanted to do.”

Actor Joseph Fiennes and his Swiss model wife Maria Dolores Dieguez are expecting their first child together.
A friend revealed that Maria is three months pregnant and both are “utterly thrilled,” about the news.
“They kept the news quiet until Maria reached the three-month-mark but now they are telling everyone.”
Joseph and Maria married last month.
